Overview

Hartalega ePR is a mobile app that is targeting towards their employees to make it easier for them to keep track on the manufacturing status and updates.

The Challenge

Hartalega already has its own desktop management system, the biggest challenge is how to design a complex data system to fit into a smaller mobile screen.

The Solution

The proposed idea by them was to develop multiple apps for each module, but we managed to came out with a concept to combine all different modules into one app. The idea was to ensure the app is simple, easy to read and easy to use.

Overview

Motorola Solutions Malaysia using Jive platform a business social platform for internal employees to get connected and collaborate worldwide. They called it CONVERGE.

Each department was given a “Space” to provide their information and updates by arranging the content using the available layout templates and widgets.

The Problem

Default template by Jive is not interactive and very text-based layout. This may affect the engagement and low adoption rates among employees.

The Solution

l able to 'hack' HTML widget provided in the template to customize the visual and the layout structure to improve the overall experience on the page. Since then, Motorola Solutions Malaysia page in Converge had received high impressions from other Motorola solutions departments, globally.
